We combine expertise in business, education and social sciences with experience from European innovation projects. For us, AI is neither an end in itself nor a fourth business area. It is a tool used across our work in business, education and social affairs. The starting point is always the task at hand and the people who will work with the solution.
From the question to the right solution
We do not begin with a tool. We begin with the task: What should become easier, better or possible for the first time? Who will work with the solution? Which data, skills and organisational conditions does it require? Only when these questions are clear do we decide together whether and how AI can add value.

AI in business, education and social affairs
Business
In business, we connect AI with strategy, organisational development and innovation management. Together, we examine where it can improve processes, which new skills are needed and how change can be shaped to fit the organisation.
Education
In education, we develop and test AI-supported learning offers, EduBots and educational concepts. The decisive question is whether an application genuinely supports learning, remains understandable to educators and learners, and can be used responsibly in practice.
Social affairs
In social affairs, we combine AI with research, evaluation, consulting and human-centred innovation. We pay particular attention to different life situations, explainable decisions and one clear boundary: professional responsibility remains with people.
Responsibility and quality from the outset
Responsibility does not begin with the finished application. From the first concept onwards, we consider data quality, privacy and security alongside potential bias, transparency and the role of human judgement.
We make assumptions and limitations explicit, assess results in their professional context and involve the people who will use a solution or be affected by it. Where deeper legal, privacy or technical questions arise, we bring in the appropriate specialist expertise.

EcoInnovate AI+
This Erasmus+ project combines AI-supported Product-to-Service skills with vocational education and sustainability. Hafelekar contributes to the AI development of EduBots as well as methodology, curriculum and training.
HEART
HEART develops an AI- and VR-supported resilience programme for care professionals and learners. Hafelekar coordinates the project and leads its educational design.
New-Gen Language Teachers
The project helps language teachers integrate artificial intelligence into their teaching in an ethically grounded and educationally effective way. Hafelekar leads the technical specifications, MOOC platform development and AI integration.
